THE ONE ("we", "us", "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our members ("you", "your", "athletes"). This policy outlines the type of data we collect, how it is processed and stored, who can access it, and your rights concerning account deletion and data management.

2. Information We Collect

To provide a highly customized and frictionless booking experience, we collect specific information when you use our mobile application:

  • Identity Details: Your full name, gender, profile photo, and membership tier (e.g., Gold Member, Basic, Trial, Wellness Plan).
  • Contact Details: Your verified phone number, which serves as your secure account credential.
  • Booking Logs: Dates, times, durations, floors, and services you reserve (such as Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Cryotherapy, HBOT, and massages).
  • Waitlist & Notification Queues: Your waitlist positioning, logs of in-app notifications, and push notification tokens to alert you of scheduling changes.
  • Dues & Financial Metadata: Record of pending and completed dues for premium services. Card transactions are handled by PCI-compliant payment gateways and are never stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed solely to operate the luxury sanctuary ecosystem:

  1. To authenticate your login securely via One-Time Password (OTP) validation.
  2. To schedule, update, cancel, and log bookings across the 4 floors of the sanctuary.
  3. To dispatch immediate notifications when waitlist spots become available or schedules change.
  4. To manage internal checks, such as recording guest allocations, clinical therapy plans, and membership validation by our operations desk.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your profile data and logs are stored securely using Google Firebase Cloud Storage and Firestore databases. Access is highly restricted to authorized sanctuary operational concierge staff. We use transport-level encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and Firestore security rules to prevent unauthorized reads or writes.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have full agency over your profile. In strict compliance with the Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, you can request account deletion at any time:

If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently purge:

  • Your profile name, gender, and avatar image.
  • Your verified phone number history.
  • All historical and future booking records, waitlist positions, and in-app notifications.
  • Pending and historical due balances.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our mobile app uses Google Firebase services to manage cloud operations, notifications, and user logs. These sub-processors operate under strict confidentiality clauses and data protection structures.
