Once you have downloaded the official app, register or log in using your verified phone number. Select your desired service from the home screen, select an available date, and book a free slot in real-time. If the session has specific trainer rules (like Kickboxing), your slot will lock immediately.
Entry is exclusive to verified members. Simply contact the staff at the Ground Floor concierge desk when you arrive, and they will guide you to your booked session or service.
THE ONE provides full-amenity support. Premium robes, towels, private locker suites, and high-end organic personal care products are fully complimentary on all floors. We recommend bringing clean indoor training shoes for the 4th Floor movement studio.
The professional Boardroom on the Ground Floor is available for private business meetings, workshops, and focus hours. Reservations can be made hourly or for full days directly through the app, with custom media and beverage concierge services coordinates.
